Could you summarize your business?<\/h2>

AF2A<\/a><\/u> is a training organization in the insurance sector. The company has been operating for over 20 years and provides training throughout France, and occasionally abroad in French-speaking countries. <\/p>

The insurance sector professionals we train are primarily insurance agents and brokers, mutual insurance companies, insurance companies, and provident institutions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Why did you choose to book training rooms through BURO Club?<\/h2>

In recent years, our business has grown significantly. This has resulted in an increasing need for meeting rooms. Our internal resources were no longer sufficient to book all the necessary rooms. Managing such a large number of rooms is a specialized task, so we chose to work with a service provider. <\/p>

Over the years, our teams have used several service providers. At the beginning of the year, we chose to work with BURO Club, primarily due to its territorial coverage, which was much more extensive than that of other providers we considered. This point was essential for us, as our strength is to ‘bring training as close as possible’ to learners. Therefore, we need to be able to go to many French cities, both large and small. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How has the collaboration with BURO Club’s key account service impacted your work?<\/h2>

At the beginning of the partnership, we had to implement all the processes that are used today in the collaboration with BURO Club. Having worked with other service providers over the years allowed us to gain the necessary perspective to establish clear specifications. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What is the main advantage for you of working with BURO Club?<\/h2>

The main advantage for us is having a single point of contact and not having to communicate with 25 different people. This was an essential criterion in the specifications. The pricing conditions were also adapted to our needs. But the point that truly made the difference is the centralization of invoices. <\/p>

Thanks to the room credit system, we prepay a certain number of bookings at the beginning of each quarter, and we receive centralized invoicing for all sessions booked within the BURO Club network and its partners.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
